Last weekend, Tom made the trek to Cleveland to check out chef Jonathan Sawyer's latest venture - The Greenhouse Tavern. The Greenhouse Tavern is on East Fourth Street in downtown Cleveland. "The Greenhouse Tavern will be a small step toward the evolving relationship between the farm and the plate via actively supporting the neighboring communities, fundamentals of the eco movement and local farms and farmers."
Tom got to preview the menu with a bunch of friends, family and Ohio food lovers. It must have gone well, because they'll be serving some of our ice creams on their dessert menu!
