Cow to Cone kitchen tour

    As a fundraiser for Local Matters, we gave a rare tour of our kitchen. Rare, because the place is so, so small and we're so busy making you Salty Caramel! We focused on our Cow to Cone method - showing the journey from whole vanilla bean to Honey Vanilla Bean ice cream. The tour was a blast - everyone got to make their own sundae with Red Hot Apple Cider Sorbet, Honey Vanilla Bean and right-out-of-the-kettle caramel sauce! (tip - get this custom sundae at a shop today). Thanks to everyone who came. It was fun, and your donation to Local Matters is greatly appreciated.
