THE BLACK FOREST: Dark Chocolate ice cream with blood-red Italian cherries, pockets of Creme Fraiche ice cream, cherry syrup-soaked chocolate cake crumbs—it’s a Black Forest Cake deconstructed.

              

CUMIN & HONEY BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE: Turmeric-tinted ice cream spiced by smoky, aromatic cumin and sweetened with honey butterscotch sauce-saturated cake crumbles.

                 

FRANKINCENSE & ALMOND CAKE: Slightly floral ice cream with subtle spice and a lemony balm.  Honey-soaked almond cake crumbles strewn plentifully throughout.
