Hours of Shops During the Holidays

 

A public service announcement from the Department of Official Jeni's Holiday Hours:

• All shops (except our shop in the North Market) are open noon-6 p.m. Christmas Eve and noon-7 p.m. New Year's Eve.

• The entire North Market is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

• All shops are closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Made my second batch of Jeni's ice cream today! Brown Butter Almond Brittle, but w my own toffee, yesterday. Salty Caramel today. I can absolutely see the allure of staying home and making a batch a day for, well, ever and ever! The directions are very clear, the results are fantastic, and the process is fun! Only one question, when does the vanilla get added in the salty caramel?
