A Declaration of Independent Ice Creams. The days leading up to July 4th are the perfect time to reflect on everything that we stand for at Jeni's. Things like hand-stirred sea salt caramel. Early morning staff breakfasts cooked by Jeni. Taking pride in hand-packed pints, gracious customer service and attention to detail at every level.

When we started jotting down all of our beliefs, values and quirks, the list just kept growing. It seemed to have no end. Eventually we had to stop and select the greatest hits.

What started as a document to share with our customers has developed into a manifesto for ourselves. We'll be hanging a copy in our shop break rooms, office and kitchen just to remind us why we are here and what we are working toward everyday.
