Meet Jeni's Jessica Mathews, Biker Extraordinaire

There are cyclists, and then there is Jessica Mathews.

"Jess", as we know her, rides her bike everywhere to do everything in central Ohio, including commuting to her day job (Consider Biking) and her side gig (Jeni's prep kitchen).
